On August 17, 2011, “The X Factor” U.K. judges Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh walked the red carpet for a media event at London’s O2 Arena to promote the show’s eighth season, which premieres August 20, 2011, on ITV1 at 8 p.m. British Summer Time.
